Hello Sir, Hope everyone is doing fine. whenever I wake up in the morning my mouth is full dry. i feel burning sensation in my throat. sometimes when i cough and spit there is some blood in my sliva as well. i also had acid reflux problem but the same is now settled. please suggest.

Everything is fine at my end but it does not look good at your end. I will try me level best to sort your problem out so that you may be in yourself once again. After knowing your problems it looks that it may or may not be related to you acid reflux problem.
May I please know that;
1. Do you feel any burning in you chest
2. Acid taste in your mouth
3. Ever feel nasal stuffiness or sputum (balgham) falling in your throat off and on
4. What medicines have you used so far?
5. Ever had endoscopy (camera test of your tummy) done?
Till that time you can take;
Tablet kestine 10 mg before going to bed
Cap Risek 40 mg twice a day
Syrup Gaviscon 2tablespoon at night
Tab motilium 10 mg three times a day
Keep your head end elevated by 2 pillows at night time
Avoid excessive tea (caffeine) intake

If it does not improve then you must have esophageal manometry done

Sir i do feel burning chest at times.
2) a week ago when i was asleep i felt tremendous amount of acid in my neck which was extremely painful.
3) i am not sure about nasal stuffiness etc.
4) i have been using losec 40mg and ulsanic for my acid reflux issue.
5) i never had this test. however H pilory was negative. (a year back)
