Assalam o alaikum, I am vitamin D deficient. My reading was 9.82 in January 2019. My doctor recomends me to have 1 INDROP D injection per week for one month. I have already completed the course but still feeling pain under my heels. This pain is not exactly in my heel bones but it feels like something pinching under my back side of heels. Please recommend me what can i do?
check ur vitamin D deficiency again ,if it's according to the reference range ,then will checkup the other reason.
you can take soft gel capsules of vit D every 15 days or monthly with calcium supplements once a day , the heel issue seems to be unrelated to vit D levels , it may be plantar fasciitis with or without a spur , need to be evaluated on examination
