Cysts in the kidney can be normal in this age,but they have not mentioned
the number so to be sure I would suggest u should check serum creatinine
and do urine complete examination.
Regarding enlarged prostate if the obstructive symptoms are present then u
should consult a Urologist/Nephrologist
