i have ocd ,anxiety disorder and minor depression and overthinking .besides that i have vertigo .reports are clear.CT scan is ok but vertigo does not go away.i also suffer from heavy head...difficulty in sitting. my question is that can these symptoms be cure without medicine. or medicine is neccessary? i heared alot about side effects of psychatic medicine.is it true?
