i had palpitations sometime ago but they ended now i have constant fear that it will start again or whenever i had any pain in my arm i relate it to my heart or that something is wrong with my heart and now i have losing all my focus and my attention span in studies nowadays i am constantly focusing on my voice not the things which i am studing what should i do??
