Coughing For Last Months

I have been having cough since more than 12 months. Doctor prescribed myteka but it doesn't cure or effect was temporary. Please suggest permanent way to resolve it and kindly tell what attached report tells. Thank you

tab montiget 10 mg at night
tab unifyline 400mg 1 at night
tab deltacortil 5mg 3 in morning 3 in eveningfor 1 week
then 2 in morning 2 in evening for 1 week
then 1 in morning 1 in evening for 1 week

Sorry for replying late.Cough entertains many diseases and difficult to
comnent on x ray alone.Pt symptoms are sufficient to make a diagnosis.
However, detailed history should be obtained.Myetika alone is not
sufficient and may not be an appropriate treatment.
