Talk to Rheumatologist on Back Pain, Upper Side, Near Shoulders

R/sir, My mother is feeling pain near Scapula. her Shoulders joints also don't move freely towards back side. she is hypertensive patient using Amlodipine and non diabetic. the arms movement were restricted but now with exercise it is now much better with quiet degree of movement. but when she move her hand to the back she feels pain. so any exercise or medication do you recommend. I will be very thankful. Regards
