I want to ask my hip bone centre upper side below n near waist pinch little bit when ever i sit little bit backward unable to understand the problem

as far as i understood you have pain in your tail bone. sit on donut cushion. you can cut any cushion from the center to give it 🩠donut shape. apply dicloran gel and gentle massage on it. if more than 15 days then hot fomentation is best. if this pain is less than 15 days then apply ice packs for pain relief.
