Talk to Rheumatologist on Joint Pain

Aoa.i suffer from plantar fasciitis(both heels).for last 2 weeks my knees hurt right>left.with crepitus,more on movement.pain is especially more on upper part of knee joint.i don't do any exercise but have to climb a lot of stairs daily. I am obese BMI 31.4 and gynaecologist by profession so can't take rest. Kindly guide me about management and tell of any exercise is suitable for me. Thankyou
