Talk to Rheumatologist on Lower Back Pain

Assalam u alaikum, this post is for my sister, she is 36 years old, she is a housewife. It's been a year she has this pain in her lower back. The pain is not that comes and goes it's consistent. She has done MRI (I will share all the reports). And after doctors medication there is no relief, even during the medication there was no significant relief. She has changed the doctors twice. Now, she is thinking to go for acupuncture or hijama..just cause of that pain, more problems are emerging like depression, blood pressure and no social life.

I want to know if she should go for acupuncture or hijama.. please guide... I'll be grateful thanks.
