Meray right leg ka masla hai knee bent karlun zada tw pain hojata hai knee mei phr wo uper thight mei bhi ajata hai aur puray leg mei b hojata hai aur har waqt paon mei vibration type kuch mehsos hota hai aur paon kanptay bhi hain pain ki waja sr,,right hand ki elbow ki bone mei bhi kafi pain hai jo phr uper right shoulder mei bhi ajata hai weight mera 92 kg hai aur height 5.6' ,vit d kam tha us k supplements bhi liye hain thoray time meiny ,,lakin kuch asar ni hota do tell mei kia karon ab?
