Talk to Rheumatologist on SLE Patient. Rheumatologist Advice Required.

I was diagnosed with SLE almost 3months ago, my dr recommended steroids for 1month, immuran and HCQ are continuing. All required tests were done, most of them were clear only serum c-ANCA was positive (11.34 U/ml). I had severe hairfall past few months almost gone bald but after medication it stopped immediately. Now Alhamdulillah no symptoms. I want to conceive, is this the right time or I should wait ??
