aoa mjy 3 4 months sai severe wrist pain hai. Dr Imran Manzoor sab ko chk krwaya tu pta chala k TFCC grade 2 hai. beharhal medicine n care sai recover ho gya. ab 1 week sai again start hai yehe prob laki ab mjy puri arm shoulder neck armpit tk pain hai. or bht zada hai medicine sai b faraq nhn hai bilkul b. synflyx 550mg simaxamol twice daily lai rhe hun. plz help

Do splinting and immobilize your wrist for at least 4 weeks.
and when it gets a bit better , must do wrist stretchings..forward wrist bend and hold for 5 seconds, backward wrist bend and hold for five seconds..then do supination and pronation of forearm.
