We've been married from last three years. During three year of marriage my husband is able to ejaculate 4-5 times. There is no ejaculation from last two year. My husband's semen analysis report is fine. Have already had a session with Psychosexual Counselor. There is no problem in erection. Is there anything which you can suggest. I am really losing hope. Three diffetent reason can cause this
Your husbans ejaculation reflex is absent or very very weak
May be no no semen is being produced
Back flow into bladder of semen.We have to investigate
This condition is quite treatable and no reason to loose hope , needs work up and treatment.
