Talk to Sexologist on Male P.E

I am patient of Hypothyroidism from 1 yr and use Thyronorm 75 mcg. From 2 to 3 month i lost thickness and hardness of male fertility organ. Now a days organ hardness instantly disappears at the moment of penetration and timing also 10 to 15 seconds. I have 2 questions:-

1. which technique/ medication is best to resolve both Premature ejeculation and Hardness issues ?

2. Are viagra, Cialis, Largo, Hand pump, vega spray are beneficial and effective for these issues?

please help me i m mently very disturb these dayz.
