i am having frequent night fall since last year usually it happens almost 2 or 3 days a week but sometimes i become fine and it dont happen to me for 10 to 15 days but after 15 days it again stard happening 3 times a week I have tried alot of meditation and tried to stay away from porn and other things like that but I am not healing plz suggest me some medicine
