i have sexual sensitivity, when a thought comes to my mind, my penis goes erect and after that it goes down, when this happens to me 2 or 3 times, a viscous drop comes out, known as pre cum, or (mazi) in urdu, my heart beat goes increased, i am masturbating from 9 years al most, i have quit masturbation, hardly 2 times in 2 months, but i ejaculate in just 20 seconds when i amsturbate, i am so worried, my urine vein is so sensitive, kindly help me out
