took paraxyl cr 37.5 mg after discontinuing it a 25 mg 2 years ago i got high bp panic attacks along with ibs and stomach problems like indigestion and constipation. was told its a chemical imbalance of brain need to take it for another six months but after taking for one month symptoms got worse . after myriad of combination of different drugs havent been able to recover mentally and physically . recently done h pylori anti biotic course but it is still positive. I have constant pain in stomach and intestines. now developed anxiety disorder and clinical depression. its a vicious circle. who can help?

Don't unless you are evaluated by a good psychiatrist in clinic, generalized anxiety disorders do not respond to shock therapy, you need drug change and augmentation

Go to Allied hospital psychiatry department and get yourself checked by a senior person

had visited its Hod Dr imtiaz dogar in private clinic also .medicine given did not work.

I would recommend, visit again and tell him it didn't work or visit a less busy doctor
