Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye Glasses

I got my glass changed in april and since around then I see, especially outdoor(bright) a blue or a red/yellow glow from the edges of all objects like cars, houses, everything. it is only NOT visible from the centre and visible from up, down, left, right of my glasses. I got blue light filter glasses and thought maybe that was the cause but yesterday got them changed into the normal lens. Please I really want to understand this issue and what can be done about it? people at the eye glasses shop were also clueless about it. searched on google and found this effect is known as chromatic aberration.
