1) I think any thing sexual and semen flow starts 2)difficulty in holding urine, every now and then I am going to washroom 3) it’s not that extreme case where I am getting weak etc or detoriating sexually but the moment any thing sexual comes to my mind or I have an erection semen comes out ,,,.
