This is my first experience that I contact Nutritionist/ dietitian and luckily found (online) Dr. Muhammad Israr Khan Sb. I was diagnosed Pre-diabetes (Glucose 145 fasting) and over weighted 92 Kg and Alhamdulillah by using diet plan within 30 days my Glucose level in safe zone 98 and weight 81 and after more 30 days I my weight in safe zone 79kg.
