It was a great experience. Priorly I was suffering from many psychological matters. Though I was young ,yet life was, throughly, miserable. Eventually, I was consulted to psychiatrist Dr.Silsila Sherzad for psychotherapy. On the very first session it was very uncomfortable, but still taken into sound confidence and shared my issues. My psychotherapy went under seven sessions. I was given manifold tasks ; counselling-oriented, in order to overcome my psychological issues. The tasks were to work on my daily routine, avoid overthinking and negative emotions, mental creativity, working on positive social gatherings and keep my self happy perpetually. And today by the grace of God Amighty I feel satisfaction and happiness. I am enjoying the every single moment of my aesthetic life. So, I have to claim that credit goes to the doctor who really guided me thoroughly, and today I have recovered.
